O My Jesus,
I believe that you are present in the Most Blessed Sacrament. I love You above all things and
I desire to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot now receive You sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into my heart.
I embrace You as if You were already there, and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You.
Amen.
O Blessed St Joseph,
through that charity which bound you to the Immaculate Virgin Mother of God
and through the paternal love with which you embraced the Child Jesus,
we humbly beg you graciously to regard the inheritance which Jesus Christ has purchased by the Blood and with your power and strength to aid us in our necessities. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
