Congratulations on the birth of your Child. We are excited about your decision to baptize your child in the Catholic Faith. Baptism celebrates the fact that God loves us so much that God calls us to have a special, personal relationship with Him. ADULT BAPTISM
Have you been attending St. Vincent's with your Catholic spouse, with your fiance, or with a friend? Have you felt drawn to the Catholic Faith or wanted to know more about it? Have you wondered whether you should be a Catholic? Have you thought that God might be leading you on a spiritual journey to the Catholic Church? If the answer to any of these questions is "yes", then we invite you to participate in a process called the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults, or RCIA. Adult Baptism takes place each year at the Easter Vigil. Preparation is a year-long process. For information, please contact or email Jan Figenshu at 973 377 4000 ext 253.
