If Thanksgiving is right around the corner, then Christmas cannot be far behind. Work is underway for our annual Christmas outreach. Each year we have had a generous and warm response to the poor and struggling in our community, and throughout our Diocese. Because of the generosity of so many of you, we are able to bring some of Christ’s light into the lives of many.
This year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the effects that it has had on so many, we have decided to limit the scope of our Outreach and focus it on the many local Madison families and senior citizens who are in need of our support.

How will we help families
While the Outreach will function quite differently from the way it has in the past, your help is still very much needed as:

We would like to be able to provide each child with a gift card to Walmart or Target to help their family fulfill their gift request. The majority of the children in the program are under the age of 16 and their requests for gifts are often very simple.

We would very much like to provide each family with a food gift card to either Stop&Shop or Shoprite to enable them to plan a Christmas meal without the constraints of a tight budget.

We would like to be able to provide each gift recipient with a gift card to either Walmart, Target, or Old Navy, to assist them with their clothing needs since the gift requests we receive from local families are often for clothing, specifically warm, winter clothing.
