Anne Marie, a life long parishioner of St Vincent Martyr Parish and a graduate of SVMS, was born and raised in Madison, New Jersey. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the College of New Jersey, receiving NJ teaching certificates in both Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education after her graduation from Madison High School.
After college, Anne Marie became a faculty member in our parish school and a volunteer in our Youth Ministry program and in 1995 she took over the reins as Youth Minister. As our parish Youth Minister she began the Initiation Model of Youth Ministry, an approach which includes retreats, service opportunities, prayer and catechetical sessions and of course the opportunity to celebrate Eucharist together. Under her guidance, teens and adults in our parish have begun a summer outreach to our brothers and sisters in Appalachia, Help Us…Help Others. Anne Marie has attended and participated in many Diocesan workshops and youth rallies, as well as the NFCYM Youth and adult conventions. She has led our young people at youth rallies with both Pope John Paul II and Pope Benedict XVI.
In 1990, Anne Marie Gisoldi was recognized by the Girl Scouts of the area as one of the Outstanding Women in Madison and in 2005 she received the Project Community Pride/Harold P. Higgs Award. Anne Marie continues to serve as a faculty member at our school as well as being the Vice Principal.
